The home sits in a quiet neighborhood above the town of Edwards, Colorado. Delicious restaurants, interesting shops, a grocery store and a movie theater are all steps away. There is easy access to Beaver Creek via nearby Arrowhead and the town of Vail is a quick 15 minute drive away.
The semi-open floor plan on the main level begins in a coat room and leads to a fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities and appliances (even a garbage disposal). A large island serves as a bar and prep area and separates the dining area with seating for eight or more. Downstairs is the perfect hangout for younger guests. There is a large living area with a sectional sofa and television. There is also an air hockey table, toys, books and games. Adjoining this common area is a large room with three bunk beds and a private bath.
Outside provides ample space to relax in the mountains of Colorado. The driveway is lined with trees that connect to a two-car garage. In back there is a patio with a dining area, fire pit and gas grill. The open space around the home provided excellent opportunities for spotting wildlife. Foxes and deer are frequently seen here. This is a perfect place for a large family gathering or a get-together of a few smaller families.
